Dr Patrick Handley is a Consultant Occupational Psychologist with over 30 years experience in personality testing
|

Patrick's professional work has been focused on developing, researching and validating personality assessments for people. Various of his tests, including the INSIGHT Inventory - his best known publication - have been used by over a million people and translated into seven languages.
Dr. Handley provides the technical expertise not only to create and launch the first version of Pawsonality, but to ensure that the test items, scales, and results are continually improved on in a manner consistent with the highest academic and professional standards.

Gwen
Bailey worked for a large animal rescue charity in the UK for 12 years.
She is the founder and director of Puppy School.

She has extensive experience rehabilitating problem dogs, and
has advised owners on how to solve a wide variety of behaviour problems.
She is founder and director of Puppy School, which aims to provide professional positive training for puppies at centres around the UK. She has run numerous courses and seminars for staff at rescue shelters around the world, and has written 17 books about dog and puppy behaviour and training. She is a Trustee for Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.
Gwen owns a Beauceron called Spider, and an Arabian called Zac.

Graham Morgan is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the
psychometric testing field.

After a succesful career in finance much of it
within the UK retail sector, he was appointed CEO of psychometric test
publisher, The Test Agency. He held this post for 15 years, creating the first
on-line psychometric test delivery system before leaving to develop his broader
on-line interests.
